National Gifted Education Awareness Day

The purpose of Gifted Education Awareness Day is to raise awareness among teachers of the specific needs of Exceptionally Able children in the classroom.

The first day was held on Friday April 8th 2011. Thanks to Brian Clavin and KPMG Ireland who generously funded the campaign, it was possible to circulate every school in Ireland with an A3 copy of the poster below and a leaflet with information and links relevant to the education of Exceptionally Able children.
